Jeffrey N. Mobed
Jeff Mobed, mechanical engineer by training, has extensive experience in food and beverage manufacturing, steam plant and hydropower engineering, design of large industrial systems, and medical device and information system implementations in hospitals. Jeff was an active duty Naval Flight Officer before entering the Navy Reserve and was a war planner specializing in North Korea and the far east. He was the Navy’s representative to the Multi-National Force in Iraq before retiring with the rank of Captain.
Robin Watters
Robin Watters is an operations and management expert with extensive experience in leading large and complex organizations. In his Navy career Robin achieved the rank of Rear Admiral and was the Chief of Staff of United States Indo-Pacific Command. In his civilian career prior to joining Sun Tzu Software, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the non-profit organization Seeding Labs, and a vice president in the private sector for Sonalysts, Inc., a Connecticut-based defense contractor.
Anne Gore
Anne Gore is a civilian expert on Humanitarian Assistance / Disaster Response (HADR) interagency planning and on military operations planning. Before joining Sun Tzu Software, she was a Humanitarian Assistance Advisor (strategic planner) for USAID and Joint Strategic Planner for the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (formerly known as the Standing Joint Force Headquarters) under contract with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) company.
